Jenna Krause hails from the glorious state of South Dakota where she resided with her 6 brothers and sisters and parents.  Coming to Minnesota to attend the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities, she graduated in December of 2008 with a Bachelors of Arts in English, Spanish, and Sociology. While in school, she met Saint Paul’s Outreach missionaries at a Student Activities Fair, and was hooked ever since.  Their zeal and life in Christ was contagious. From her sophomore year onwards, her college experience took on a new depth, as she saw how these college years are an absolute pivotal time for mission, witnessing, and growth in the Catholic Faith. Now, she serves full-time as the Women’s Mission Leader at the University of Minnesota and thinks she has the greatest job ever.

She also likes book-clubs, LOST, coffee– anything to stimulate good discussion. If she could go anywhere, she would go to Poland, or maybe Milledgeville, Georgia so she could visit Flannery O’Connor’s farm. No matter what she does in the future whether it be teaching, speaking, or janitorial work, she hopes that it would give glory to God and that it would help construct the Culture of Life. She feels very blessed to be able to serve with Saint Paul’s Outreach, and to be used as an instrument, however faulty, on college campuses. “Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to claim anything as coming from us; our sufficiency is from God.” 2 Cor 3:5
