Sam and his wife Patricia and their three sons, Sam, Jr., Joseph, and John, now live in St. Paul’s Westside neighborhood.  Born in Litchfield, MN and raised in Waverly and Winsted MN, Sam is a MN boy. He graduated from Holy Trinity High School in 1995 and received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas in 1999.  In high school he was a three-sport varsity athlete and ran Cross-Country and Track in College.

He has traveled around the country presenting the Gospel to high school students and college students speaking at hundreds of High Schools and numerous Big 10 Campuses and other colleges.

Sam’s message to young people and particularly to young men is to risk everything.  Risk everything for the sake of freedom, for the sake of friendship, for the sake of joy, for the sake of God – He is worthy and He is worth it!  You will not be disappointed.
